This privacy policy applies to all visitors of imatchu.be and to all candidates and clients who come into contact with us through our website, LinkedIn, job boards or other channels.

4. Purpose of processing
We use personal data exclusively for:
- mediation between candidates and employers.
- execution of recruitment services.
- communication about vacancies and processes
- compliance with legal and administrative obligations.

Processing is based on:
- candidate’s consent (when applying or submitting a CV).
- performance of an agreement with clients.
- legitimate interest in recruitment and service delivery.
6. Sharing with third parties
- Candidates are only introduced to clients after they have actively shared their data with imatchu (for example by applying or sending their CV).
- Data is not sold to third parties.
- For hosting, IT and administration, imatchu may use third parties, always under a data processing agreement.
7. Retention period
Personal data is retained for a maximum of 2 years, unless legal obligations require a longer period or the candidate/client explicitly consents to longer retention.
8. Rights of data subjects
All data subjects have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer their personal data. You can exercise these rights by contacting he***@*****hu.be.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorized access.
10. Governing law
This privacy policy is governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

2. Toepasselijkheid
Dit privacybeleid is van toepassing op alle bezoekers van imatchu.be en op alle kandidaten en klanten die via onze website, LinkedIn, jobboards of andere kanalen met ons in contact komen.
3. Welke gegevens verzamelen wij?
- Identificatiegegevens (naam, adres, contactgegevens)
- Professionele gegevens (cv, opleiding, werkervaring)
- Communicatiegegevens (e-mailverkeer, berichten)
- Technische gegevens bij websitebezoek (IP-adres, cookies)
4. Doeleinden van de verwerking
Wij gebruiken persoonsgegevens uitsluitend voor:
- bemiddeling tussen kandidaten en werkgevers.
- het uitvoeren van recruitmentdiensten.
- communicatie over vacatures en processen.
- wettelijke en administratieve verplichtingen.
5. Rechtsgrond
De verwerking gebeurt op basis van:
- toestemming van de kandidaat (bij sollicitatie of het doorsturen van een cv).
- uitvoering van een overeenkomst met klanten.
- gerechtvaardigd belang voor rekrutering en dienstverlening.
6. Delen met derden
- Kandidaten worden enkel aan klanten voorgesteld nadat zij actief hun gegevens aan imatchu hebben bezorgd (bijvoorbeeld door te solliciteren of hun cv door te sturen).
- Gegevens worden niet verkocht aan derden.
- Voor hosting, IT en administratie kan imatchu gebruikmaken van derde partijen, steeds met verwerkersovereenkomst.
7. Bewaartermijn
Persoonsgegevens worden maximaal 2 jaar bewaard, tenzij wettelijke verplichtingen een langere periode vereisen of de kandidaat/klant expliciet toestemming geeft voor een langere bewaartermijn.
8. Rechten van betrokkenen
Iedere betrokkene heeft recht op inzage, correctie, verwijdering, beperking en overdraagbaarheid van zijn gegevens. U kunt deze rechten uitoefenen via he***@*****hu.be.
9. Beveiliging
Wij nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om persoonsgegevens te beschermen tegen verlies, misbruik en ongeoorloofde toegang.
10. Toepasselijk recht
Dit privacybeleid wordt beheerst door Belgisch recht. Geschillen vallen onder de bevoegdheid van de rechtbanken van Antwerpen, tenzij dwingend recht anders bepaalt.
